It won’t open on my computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reinstalled, still wont open!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These days, with an explosion of so many good apps on the app store, it has become difficult to keep so many icons of useful apps on the dock, without reducing its size and thus usability. It is therefore a wonderful idea to keep apps like address book (which you dont need to open fully every time) to keep on the task bar. I think dictionary should also be on the task bar.

I had a frustrating moment where I asked myself why cant I have a link to my contacts from somewhere like the status bar; quick and easy… I searched and received… Its a lightweight app that queries my existing osx contact database… perfect!

This uses the same Address book database but does it so fast and so cleanly. And if you really want to see the result in the Lion Address Book (!!uggh!!) than a double click will bring you there. However, this app which has a menubar icon does it fast and does is simply. What a relief.

I love this app, but would love to see two simple things be added. Please add search by Company/Business and City and this would be perfect!! I would never have to open the regular address book again!!

This app is such a time saver and finds contacts very quickly. You simply start typing your contacts name from the menu bar. You can click on the persons contact info to send them an email, facetime them, click on any links, search in spotlight and much more.

This app provides a very desriable service - access my addressbook quickly from the menu bar. And it basically works. But it has a major flaw: Search is badly designed. If I enter John, I see everyone with John in their name. If enter John Smith I see everyone with EITHER John or Smith in their names. The only way to really search for someone is to enter their last name. At least make it as good as AddressBook search. Other flaws: If you display more than 10 results, search slows down dramatically (and I am using MCBRetina with SSD). Lots of small bugs - With image view on, often does not pop up address if you have to scroll display. Feels like a beta version of software. Just hope to see the app improve! If the app were free, I would give it a higher rating. At $1.99, it needs more work.

Just downloaded this program. It installed but… does NOT open! The link to Fast Address Book Support does not work. Its an add for Iphone and unfollow Twitter. Disgusted!
